Description of the accommodation:
The village of Szabadkígyós is in the south-eastern part of the Tiszántúl region, south of Gyula and Békéscsaba, 15 and 11 kilometers away from them, respectively.
The guesthouse, open throughout the year, is situated in the vicinity of the Nagyerdő (Great Forest) and the Nagy-gyep (Great Pasture), both belonging to the Körös-Maros National Park, in a quiet rural environment. You can get acquainted with the flora and fauna of the forest and pasture by walking along the nature trail, which can be visited anytime. The town is well-known for the deservedly famous Wenckheim mansion, planned by Miklós Ybl, and the surrounding park with rare flora and fauna.
The 2000-m2 lawned garden surrounding the guesthouse is suitable for outdoor cooking and barbecuing. Parking is possible in the yard.
