We expect those wishing to rest and relax in the stylish apartments situated on two floors of our house, in a quiet and peaceful environment. They are an ideal place for the holidays of larger families or companies of friends who like to spend their leisure time together but prefer to live separately.
The summer apartment is situated on an enclosed plot of 1100 m2 and is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs. The owner lives in a separate building on the same plot.
The following services are available for common use: terrace, lawn, parasols, garden furniture, canopy swing, grill, open-air cooking possibility, garden pavilion.
Cars can be parked in the enclosed yard.

Bathing possibility: 600 m (a public beach with good facilities)

1. Oázis downstairs apartment with terrace (6 to 8 persons):

Internal description of the apartment: 4 rooms, whereof 3 are bedrooms, 100 m2, for 6 to 8 persons.
In the living room, a living room set with a sofa bed, TV set (via satellite and Hungarian-language satellite programming) and exit to the terrace (12 m2, with rattan garden furniture).
3 bedrooms with double beds.
Well-equipped kitchen with dining room, exit to the terrace (30 m2, with garden furniture)
Bathroom with bathtub and sink, washing machine and a separate toilet.

2. Oázis loft apartment with balcony (4 to 6 persons):

The rationally furnished apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via the external stairs.
Internal description of the loft apartment: 3 rooms, whereof 2 are bedrooms, 65 m2, for 4 to 6 persons.
Well-equipped kitchen with dining room (seating 6 persons).
In the living room, a living room set with a sofa bed, TV set (via satellite and Hungarian-language satellite programming) and exit to the balcony (6 m2, garden furniture).
2 bedrooms with double beds.
Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet with hand basin.
