"Hideg volt a szobákban a tulaj azért hívőt hogy ne vágyuk fel a futèst meg is fáztunk jakuzzi 38 foknál többre nem tudtok állítani mert WiFi-t kereztül mindent le állította"

A vendég 37 fokra vette fel a fűtést a jakuzzi mellett a faházban az infrapanelen, ahol egyébként 23-24 fok volt. Az infrapanel majdnem kiégett. Ezt követően a vendégek maguk kapcsolták le teljesen a fűtést.A házban , ahol aludtak a vendégek szintén 24 fok volt. A fűtés nem került leállításra, vagy változtatásra, a vendégek maguk állították be a hőfokot. A jakuzzi 38 foknál magasabb hőfokra nem állítható pont a használók érdekében, de ez a tájékoztatóban, amit a vendégeknek küldök benne van. A vendég nem olvasta el a tájékozatót ezt érkezéskor közölte is velem. Végül el szeretném mondani, hogy a vendégek a tartózkodásuk teljes ideje alatt semmilyen problémát nem jeleztek felém sem írásban sem szóban, sőt mikor elhagyták az apartmant még fel is hívtak, hogy köszönnek mindent és minden rendben van. Sajnálom, ha valami félreértés történt.

"Csúcs szallasadó. Nagyon tiszta rendezett hely. A berendezés is rendkívül ízléses. Jó érzés volt ott lenni. A kristálytiszta jakuzzi mellett a pihenohaz pedig nagy ötlet. Köszönjük!"
