"A személyzet nagyon kedves és készséges volt"
"A szálláshelyen nem lehet Szép kártyával (de még bankkártyával sem) fizetni, holott ez a fizetési lehetőség fel van tüntetve az oldalukon. A szobámban sok izzó ki volt égve, a TV nem működött (ez pl. engem személy szerint nem zavart, de mások számára fontos lehet), a szoba koszos volt (az asztalon még ott voltal az előző vendégek aprópénzei, szóval ha még azt sem tették el onnnan, akkornyílván ki sem takarítottak). Az ágy matraca iszonyatosan kemény és kényelmetlen volt."

"A konyha elég jól felszerelt volt, de csak egy teát csináltunk. Az alagsori játékteremben a biliárd jó volt, a darts és a csocsó kb használhatatlan. Rugalmas bejelentkezés. Volt meleg víz bejelentkezéskor (később csak maximum langyos). Közel van a buszpályaudvarhoz, ez a túrázásban előnyös volt."
"Nem lehetett szép kártyával fizetni, állítólag javítják a terminált. Végül átutalással fizettem, amikor ez megtörtént, kérte a hölgy, hogy adjuk oda az IFA-t is. Ezután mondta, hogy sajnos a vendégük hosszabbított, így nem a duplaágyas szobát kapjuk, itt a kolléganőjére hárította a felelősséget, hogy neki kellett volna szólnia, miután hangot adtam a felháborodásomnak. A kapott emeleti szoba kopottas volt, kifeküdt, kényelmetlen matracos egyszemélyes ágyakkal, amiket összetolva egy hatalmas lyuk tátongott a fekvőhely közepén, ennyit a kényelemről. A magasabban lévő tetőtéri ablakok háromszögek voltak, mindenféle fényszűrés nélkül... Törölközőnek 4 db kéztörlő méretű kis vacak volt bekészítve (50*70cm). Kevés konnektor, telefont vagy bármi mást tölteni csak úgy lehetett, ha az ember kihúzott olvasólámpákat. Ruhákat egy polc tetejére lehetett csak akasztani."
