Business and CancellationPolicy 1. Prices and Services Approximate prices for accommodation and other services are published in the presentation materials of the landlord (web pages, leaflets etc.). For the client is obligatory the price that is mentioned in the confirmation of accommodation. For a range of contracted services and prices are binding confirmation of accommodation. The landlord is entitled in cases that are beyond its control (eg. Force majeure) to change the agreed conditions of stay. 2. Customer canceled The customer is entitled to cancel the order anytime before arriving. Crucial for determining the date of the cancellation is the date and time of sending the email.
