Our apartment received an interior renovation from 2021, which makes your rest even more pleasant!

In a very quiet green environment close to the Száltód rév - in the Granada Swimming Pool Apartment House, near the corner of Rege and Rigó streets, 2 apartments of the same size and equipment are for rent for 6 people each! Thus, it is suitable for a total of up to 12 people. The Balaton beach is only 150 meters away, where there is a free beach with a children's playground and sports facilities.

The pool is open every year from 05-01 to 09-01!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests for large groups of friends, events, hen parties, bachelor parties, birthdays, team building!
Self-motivated young people / max 4 Main / 1 Apartment can be booked!

In the case of self-employed young people under the age of 30, we apply a special deposit and rules!

Parking for 2 cars per apartment in the yard!

Pets are not allowed!

Reservations are validated by transferring 30 percent of the total amount of the booked period!

Cancellation: In case of cancellation within 30 days before the date of arrival, we cannot refund the reservation!

Payment of the reservation, if it is made by credit card transfer, in case of possible cancellation, we cannot return the reservation!

In the case of a 1-night reservation, the transfer of the entire amount is required!

The Apartments do not include any services!

You don't need to bring bed linen, covers, towels! Upon arrival, our guests receive 1 pack of toilet paper, hand wash, hand towel, and dishwashing liquid for the kitchen.

Use of the pool is possible between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.! We ask our guests to respect this time! Automatic
for chemical cleaning and disinfection!

It is forbidden to set up a tent in the area of ​​the property.

Payment on arrival, Apartment can only be reserved after payment of the full amount and deposit!

If, for any reason, the guest leaves the accommodation earlier than the booked period, he/she cannot claim a refund!

When occupying the accommodation, we ask for a deposit of HUF 40,000 per apartment, which is fully refunded at the end of the holiday in the absence of damage. The value of the damage is determined by the owner!

During special events, Balaton Sound, Beach Festival, etc., a deposit of HUF 100,000 is required!

Only registered guests may stay in the apartment or in the property area.

In the event of a serious violation of house rules / the stay of unauthorized persons / will result in the immediate termination of the contract, you must leave the apartment, you cannot claim a refund!

Arrival of guests after 2 p.m. until 9 p.m.! Departure before 10 o'clock!

Guests arriving before the check-in time do not have the opportunity to pack in the apartment or refrigerator!

In case of departure after 10 o'clock, a surcharge will be charged, which is determined by the owner!
