"3 napra 1 tekercs wc papír főzèsi lehetősèg nincs konyhai felszerelès nincs tükör nincs hideg volt nem volt fűtés a törölközöink is vizesek maradtak! A szállás Zalaegerszeg belvárosától 5 km re van busz kèt órànként este 8 után már nincs járat èlelmiszerbolt a közelben nem található"

"Nem ott volt a szállás,ahol lefoglaltuk. A szobák koszosak voltak, áporodott cigarettafüst szag volt érezhető minden helyiségben. A konyha sem volt rendesen felszerelve,az is koszos volt."
