"Szép a bowling terem, kulturált a wellness"
"1. Már bejelentekzésnél probléma adódott, majdnem 7000 ft-al többet fizettünk mint a foglalaban szereplő összeg (ami alig akartak vissza adni). 2. A szobában egy hatalmas pók és 2 bodobács fogadott minket. 3. Nincs fényáteresztő függöny. Mivel földszinti parkolóra néző szobát kaptunk: vagy behuzzuk az összes sötétítő függönyt és vakond üzemmód, vagy nem de akkor az egész parkoló belát a szobába 4. Három órakor lementünk úszni ( gyakorlatilag a medence miatt választottuk ezt a helyet) közölték hogy ezzel a lendülettel mehetünk is ahová akarunk, mert este 6ig magán úszás van a medencében (a gyerekem sírva fakadt mert nem értette miért nem.mehet be). Erről sem mailben sem a recepción nem kaptunk tájékoztatás. 5. A wellness részlegen szinte semmi nem működött: a buzgárban még víz sem volt, a gőzkabin épp átépítés alatt, a 2 db fűthető kő ágyból csak az egyik működött. Gyakorlatilag 1 db 5 személyes finn szauna képviselte a wellness részleget. 6. A wellness részleg egyébként 2 emelettel arrébb van mint a medence tér: gyerekkel kényelmetlen, más helyen amíg beültem a szunába onnan szemmel tudtam tartani a medencében pancsolo gyereket. (Erről sem volt tájékoztatás). 7. Reggelinél 3an kaptunk 5 zsömlet, kértünk még de sajnos elfogyott, még szerencse hogy előző nap voltunk pékségben, így nem maradtunk éhen . Reggelinek csak hideg étel volt kirakva, kérésre készítettek tojásrántották és virslit, de nem volt őszinte a kiszolgáló személyzet mosolya. 8. A kukát nem ürítik, wc papír és pohár sem volt elegendő (pedig tudták hány személyre foglaltunk) 9. Törölköző sem volt megfelelő számú (bár én mindig viszek magammal ez nem.volt.gond, de másnak jól jöhet az infó). 10. A medence térbe első nap este 6kor végre bejutottunk, de olyan klóros volt a víz, hogy a szemünket szét Márta, és 5 perc utána mindhárman köhögő rohamot kaptunk. Másnap ez a klór probléma megoldódott, viszont olyan hideg lett a víz, hogy úszni lehetett csak benne, a masszázsban üldögélni már hideg volt, nem bírtuk. 20 éve járjuk az országot a férjemmel, de ilyen csalódottan soha sehonnan nem jöttünk haza."
