"Az apartman maga kiváló. Tiszta és elegáns, modern bútorokkal, jól felszerelt. Két hálószoba van egy-egy francia ággyal és a nappaliban egy kanapé. A kanapé kihúzható, de igen kicsi, így arra két felnőtt nem nagyon fér el, inkább csak két gyerek, így max. 6 főnek jó, abból is jobb ha kettő gyerek. Ezt leszámítva tényleg szuper volt."

"Az adminisztráció egy katasztrófa volt. Az apartmant a szállás.hu-n keresztül foglaltuk, az előleget EUR-ban (mert hogy abban kérték) egy Esperanza (vagy ANA-MARIJA GALJANIĆ nevű) ügynökségnek kellett elutalni. Indulás előtt odatelefonáltam, hogy akkor minden rendben van-e, telefonon alig tudtam elérni őket, aki fel is vette végül alig tudott angolul és nem találták a lefoglalt szállást. Majd két nap múlva rájöttek, hogy igen, ott a foglalás. A helyszínre érkezve - meglepetésünkre - egy másik, Splendido nevű ügynökségbe kellett menni, ahol ki kellett fizetni a maradék összeget. Itt derült ki, hogy lehetett volna kunában is fizetni (ez előzőleg sehol nem volt leírva). Számlát csak a maradék befizetett összegről tudtak kiállítani és csak kunában, mivel hogy itt derült ki, hogy a foglalás (és az előleg) egy másik ügynökségnek (lásd fentebb) ment. A Splendido tourist agencyben bunkók voltak, a személyinket egy kiskorú gyerek csekkolta számítógépen a bűnügyi nyilvántartásban az adatainkat. Szóval ebben a több lépcsős foglalási rendszerben van valami sunnyogás. Az eredeti tulajjal így nem is találkoztunk. A szállásról. Egyetlen éjszaka fordult elő, hogy nem volt meleg víz, mivel turnus váltás volt és az érkező vendégek kihasználták a teljes meleg víz készletet. Kb. 2-3 órát kellett várnunk, hogy újra legyen. A wifi az egyik szobában nagyon gyenge volt, használhatatlan."
