Description of the accommodation:
Our guesthouse is situated 4.5 kilometres west of the city centre in the vicinity of AquaCity and the Spa. We offer a green, pieceful environment with a flower garden.
Our apartment sections are as follows:
A. 1 triple-, 2 twin- and 1 single-bedroom (8 persons), kitchen, dining room, three balconies
B. 2 twin-bedrooms (4 persons), kitchen, dining room, balcony
Each room can be booked individually.
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, flat television and a free Wi-Fi coverage. The kitchens are equipped with a refridgerator, a microwave oven and a coffee/tea-machine.
Facilities in the garden include two swings and a sandbox for children, a garden chair and a stand for open-fire cooking and BBQ.
A double garage and an enclosed yard are available for parking.
Leisure facilities in the neighbourhood are abundant. They include the Gebarti Lake, the AquaCity and a spa all within a reach of a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
