Willa Słoneczna Róża is located in a quiet, green area in the center of Szklarska Poręba. In buildings that are over a hundred years old (entered into the register of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments).

The facilities are located 400 meters from the bus station in Szklarska Poręba. The windows of our rooms offer a view of the garden, park and the Karkonosze range. The facilities are located in the city center, but the proximity of the park guarantees peace and quiet. The complex offers a buffet breakfast and free private parking and free wifi. Each room has a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and towels. The rooms have refrigerators, kettles, flat-screen TV, cups and plates. A microwave is also available. On the property there is a fenced garden with benches, an outdoor gym, a playground, a children's corner and a barbecue area. The area is popular among skiers and in summer for cyclists. There is a ski storage room on site and there is also a place for bicycles. Villa Słoneczna Róża has 14 comfortable double, triple and quadruple rooms of a higher standard. Each room has its own bathroom with towels (toilet, shower, washbasin). Each room is also equipped with: a fridge, Wi-Fi Internet, coffee service (coffee, tea, cups), an electric kettle and an LCD TV.
Comfortable double and single beds will allow you to effectively rest and relax. Three rooms have their own terrace and balconies. For your safety, there are fire detectors in all interiors.
