"Niestety nie doszlo do rezerwacji. Po wieczornym uzyskaniu informacji o wolnym pokoju wyslalem prośbę o przetrzymanie pokoju do 10.30 nastepnego dnia, gdyz wczesniej nie mialem mozliwości skonsultowania oferty z zona. Mail wyslany raptem kilka minut po uzyskaniu potwierdzenia wiec napewno ktos je jeszcze obslugiwal. Zgodnie z informacja dzwonie przed 10.30 ze sie decydujemy a Pani mowi ze 10min temu oddala pokoj innej osobie. Normalnie pelna profeska.😔😔 Mail podobno nie odczytany pomimo tego ze Pani wiedziala ze jest osoba zainteresowana tym pokojem wiec wypadaloby przed rezerwacja sprawdzic czy aby jakas informacja nie przyszla. Widac wiele do poprawienia w tym temacie tu jest 🤷‍♂️ a i mam Pani nie pouczac jak sie pokoje rezerwuje bo sie na tym zna. Powyższe wskazuje ze jednak cos tam nie gra jak powinno."
