Price mentioned in a billet order (hereinafter referred to as the “voucher”) is commitment for the customer. Binding scale of contractual agreed services and prices is introduced in the voucher. Accommodation provider is entitled to change agreed conditions of accommodation in unsuggestible situations (like force majeure).2. Cancellation termsCustomer is entitled to cancel a reservation before leaving. it is necessary to send an e-mail to cancel the reservation on this address rezervace@bookingpec.com. Date and time when the e-mail was sent are decisive to accept the cancellation. Group cancelations may be chargeable by individual fees. The accommodation provider will not charge mentioned cancellation fees when the customer is not able to make use of agreed conditions due to death in family, hospitalization of his own or family member, serious disease, draft notice or natural disaster. The customer is obliged to give evidence of above mentioned facts by written document until three days after the fact began.3. ValidityThese business conditions are integral part of reservation of accommodation and billet order (“voucher”).4. DepositAt any time after booking, we can send an advance invoice of 50% of the total price of the booked reservation. On-site surcharge in cash or card.5.
