Víztükör Vendégház Zamárdi

The guest house is located on the western slopes of Zamárdi Kőhegy, with a wonderful panorama to the entire western basin of Balaton, Tihany, Badacsony, from both the house and the large terraces belonging to it. This is a vineyard hill, there is an undisturbed green landscape everywhere around, with vineyards, fields, forests, and behind them the wonderful water mirror of Lake Balaton giving a beautiful view all day long, and the sunsets are especially delightful, with a golden bridge over the water.
The house is an independent holiday home with its own parking space on the street right in front of the entrance. The house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with a pull-out sofa for two, a TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet, with a washing machine that can be used for free. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and pull-out corner couch (comfortable for one person), the other currently has a single bed (we will expand the capacity later), and this room opens onto a large panoramic roof terrace. There is an air conditioner in the attic (its use is included in the price), which cools the whole house, and the lower level has a pleasant climate anyway, as there is land (and a wine cellar) behind it. The whole house faces west, the panorama is visible from every window.
In front of the ground floor is a covered porch and a large, open, panoramic terrace with a dining set, deckchairs, and a barbecue on request. Large walnut trees cast pleasant shade on the terrace and dining room for most of the day. The lower, sunny part of the terrace also belongs to the use of the house, where you can comfortably sunbathe, and in front of the terrace there are rows of cultivated grapes (organic).
The whole area, the house, the terrace is very quiet and peaceful, only the chirping of birds and the chirping of crickets can be heard. We recommend it to those who like this close-to-nature, vineyard-hill, calm atmosphere, complemented by a fantastic panorama.
Deposit: HUF 50,000, to be handed over in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax HUF 500/person for people over 18 years of age, can be paid in cash or by immediate transfer upon arrival.
The nearest grocery store is 1 km away, the center of Zamárdi is 2 km away, and the free beach is 2.5 km away. Shopping center in Szántód 4 km (Spar, Aldi, DM, etc.)
The Szántódpuszta Tourist Center is 3 km away and can be easily reached on Római út on foot or by bicycle. Here you can see horse riding, a farmers' and craft fair and exhibitions every weekend. In Zamárdi, there is an adventure park, a circus in the summer, and musical programs on the beach in the evenings. Siófok 10 km, with varied program options, Balatonföldvár 5 km, with a beautiful harbor and a pleasant atmosphere.
