The outdoor area of the house offers ample space. Here, two parking spaces per holiday apartment and a storage space for trailers are available. However, the centerpiece of the property is the 28 m² swimming pool, which impresses with very good water quality due to modern salt electrolysis cleaning. Sun loungers and a large grill are available at the pool area.

The location of the house is in the heart of the island of Krk, making everything easily accessible. Various beaches, a sports field, the Biserujka stalactite cave, the popular healing mud bay in Cizici, and numerous hiking trails are reachable within a few minutes.
