"Kényelmes ágyak, modern fürdőszoba, szép Design. A strand gyalog is pár perc alatt megközelíthető, közelben van egy jó étterem, játszótér, fitness park. Az ingatlan csendes és kényelmes, jól lehet pihenni, felszereltsége nagyon jó."
"A hirdetéssel ellentétben az apartman nem volt 40 m2, maximum 34. Sajnos ez miatt az ár egy kicsit sok, mert az állítólagos 32 m2 apartmanok 50-60 ezer forinttal is olcsóbbak, + 2-3 m2 kicsit sokallom az ár különbséget. A wifivel folyamatosan probléma volt, nagyon sűrűn szét kapcsolt és volt, hogy több mint egy napig nem volt elérhető. A tisztaság nem volt 100 , a lépcső nagyon meredek és veszélyes. Sajnos csak kapszulás kávéfőző van, melyhez nagyon drága a kapszula. A parkolás nagyon körülményes, kevés a hely, nagyon sok autó áll az udvaron és a kerítés előtt is, csak a tulajdonosnak van minimum 4 autója, sokszor a szomszédos ingatlan előtt kellett parkolni. A légkondicionáló ellenére sokszor volt meleg az apartman."
