Villa Laar Apartman**** Hévíz

Our accommodation is located in the recreation area of Heviz and is only 900 meters away from the world-famous medicinal bath – in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, where healthy air is guaranteed.

The comfort and calm of our guests is our priority.

In 2022, after a change of the ownership, the building was renovated completely, set up sophistically and renamed in Villa Laar. We are really looking forward to welcome you in our comfortable and renewed place.

There are 10 apartments in our house. Every single apartment is set up in a modern style to meet all demands. You can open the apartments from the hallway. Some of them have a wonderful view over the town and some of them have a view on our garden.
The rooms are bright and have a balcony, except of one which has a terrace.
Every apartment has parquet floors, a new and personal kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen part (including a table) is completely equipped for small cook- and food requirements.

Two armchairs are available to sit comfortably.

You can get information from a 50-inch-Smart-Tv (satellite with German programs as well). If you have access to an online service like YouTube, Netflix, Disney… you can also use them on the TV.

Ensuring your quite dreams, there are 180x200 tall beds located in every single apartment with new and cozy mattresses.

Our rooms ensure place for two people, but we of course also welcome travelers that come alone. Additional beds are possible on request, so three persons can stay in a room. In this case, please contact us in advance.

Pillowcase, bed linen and bed cover have a 4–5-star hotel quality.

We provide our guests a high qualified bathing towel and a smaller hand towel as well as a hair dryer.

We attach great importance on a professional disinfection of the apartments. It is not only told, but also made.

On every single floor there is a huge terrace which guests can use as well.

Therefore, the comfortable and the undisturbed recreation in a modern and calm place is ensured.

In case guests travel with a car, we provide enough parking space for everyone, which is closed and 24/7 video-monitored.

NO SMOKING!!
Smoking is forbidden in the whole parts of the house as well as in the apartments. But we created a corner in the garden of the building, where it is possible to smoke.
