Villa Dani Hlapa Krk

Villa Dani is a holiday house with a heated swimming pool. It is located on the island of Krk, in the small picturesque village of Hlapa. The villa is suitable and perfect for four people, has a heated swimming pool and a spacious terrace. The villa is bright and equipped with modern and high-quality equipment. Villa Dani stretches over two floors. Upon entering the front door, you are greeted by an entrance hall. The entrance area leads to a practical storage room and a guest toilet. Through the third door you come to the common area. The modern kitchen is perfectly designed and equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. In the kitchen, you can find the following appliances: an induction cooker, hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, water heater, coffee machine and toaster. A dining table for four awaits you in the center of the room and a leather sofa set at the other end of the room. From all corners of the living space area you will be able to watch TV. The view from all corners of the ground floor invites you to go outside where a spacious fenced terrace with a pool is at your disposal. A table for four awaits you under the shade of the terrace and four sun loungers by the pool. There is also a grill for all grill masters.

A beautiful, atmospherically lit staircase takes you to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have a double bed (180x200 cm), SAT TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, toilet and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Bed sheets and towels will be at your disposal. Holiday house is also equipped with an internet connection.

So that you don't get too hot on hot summer days, all rooms are air-conditioned and all windows are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets. In addition, if you plan to go on holiday in spring or late autumn, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and has a heated pool. Property is fully enclosed and by the house is a private parking for three cars.  From outside you can access a storage room where you can find a washing and a drying rack. In the storage room, you can store any kind of equipment you might bring with you on holidays. 

Villa Dani is located in the small and laid-back village of Hlapa on the island of Krk. Beaches and towns are 2500 m away from the villa. Close enough for easy access, but far enough for you to rest in peace. In addition to swimming in the crystal-clear sea, you can also go hiking on well-developed vineyard paths in the area. Within a radius of 15 km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes from these areas.
