This modern holiday villa is located in a quiet part of Crikvenica on the Kvarner Bay. It is stylish and charming. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a room with a pool table and 2 exercise machines.

On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace, which creates a romantic atmosphere.

The living room has a terrace with beautiful panoramic views and an outdoor swimming pool in the garden. On the deck chairs by the pool you can enjoy the sun and read a book with a cold drink.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a terrace overlooking the sea.
For pleasant evenings, barbecue is available behind the house.
