The villa is situated in the close neighbourhood of the Liptovská Mara Dam (10 km) in the suburbs of the Bobrovník village. It is only a road that separates the villa from the dam.

The first part of the villa has a large sitting room with fireplace, TV, completely fournished kitchen and bar.
