"A családi ház felső szintjén vannak kialakítva a rendkívül kényelmes és tágas szobák, közös étkezővel és konyharésszel, amely jól felszerelt és igényes. A két fürdőszoba kellett ennyi emberre. Az apartman elhelyezkedése közel van a főúthoz és Zánka központjához is."

"A családi ház felső szintjén van kialakítva a Tünde Nene Apartman Zánka, de a tulajdonos az apartman alatti szinten él. Így sajnos zavarta őket és a csendes környéken élő szomszédokat is a társaság. Semmiképpen nem ajánlom baráti, családi összejövetelre, társasággal érkezőknek, akik szórakozni jönnek el kikapcsolódni a Tünde Nene Apartman Zánka szálláshelyre. Ellenkező esetben számítsanak a szállásadó állandó jelenlétére, kioktató és anyáskodó viselkedésére. Sajnos nem volt feltüntetve a foglalás előtt, hogy a medence téliesítése miatt az majd csak a nyári szezonban használható, ami csalódás volt számunkra, mert csak a foglalás és a foglaló kifizetése után tudtuk meg, hogy nem használhatjuk a medencét. Az autókkal csak a családi ház előtt tudtunk parkolni, a ház telként csak a tulajdonos autója parkolt. Több autóval érkezőknek nincs kialakítva parkolási lehetőség."

Köszönjük, hogy maximális pontszámmal értékelték azt, amire nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk: igényes, tiszta, kényelmes környezetet teremteni a pihenéshez, kikapcsolódáshoz, hogy családok, baráti társaságok, ismerősök együtt tudjanak lenni és bizonyos együttélési szabályokat betartva szórakozni. A foglalások és visszatérő vendégeink száma is ezt támasztja alá.
Egy kültéri (szezonális) medence télen téliesítve van, vendégeink részére ez eddig egyértelmű volt. Őszintén sajnáljuk, ha ebben az esetben ez félreérthető volt. Természetesen következmény nélkül lemondhatta volna a foglalást ennek ismeretében, de nem volt ilyen irányú igény. A nem teljeskörű szolgáltatás a foglalási feltételekben és az árképzésnél szerepet játszik, nem a szezon alatti teljes apartman árat fizették, hanem a tényleges létszám szerintit.
A foglalással az oldalon szereplő házirend betartását a vendég elfogadja. Az abban foglaltak ellenére igyekszünk vendégeink igényeihez igazodni: éjszakai érkezés, vendégek (idegenek) fogadása a szálláshelyen, kutya behozatala az állatot nem fogadó szálláshelyre ..., de amennyiben a 11 férőhelyes apartmanban 6 férőhelyet foglaló vendég további 12 főt fogad a szálláshelyen születésnapi buli okán és a szórakozásával az éjszakai órákban a tágabb környezetet is zavarják, azt nem tudjuk és nem is szeretnénk tolerálni.
Szálláshelyünkön a jövőben is nagy szeretettel várjuk Önöket is, másokat is, amennyiben házirendünk betartása nem okoz problémát.
