A megközelíthetőségre adott 1 pont a 10-ből, a Deák tértől 200 méterre szigorúnak tűnik. A szolgáltatásokra adott 1 pont 10-ből szintén az, mivel minden meghirdetett szolgáltatást (kávé gépet és kapszulákat, wifi-t, kábeltévét) biztosítottuk. Az ár/érték arány szintén 1 pont, ez persze szubjektív. Ellenben a dohányzás tilos a lakásban, amit a vendég sajnos nem tartott be. Sajnálom, hogy ilyen kellemetlen élményt okoztunk.
