Thermal Residence Eger

The 2 bedroom (55sqm) apartment with balcony can provide a comfortable accomodation for 5 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a children’s bed up to 10 years. The sofa and the bed are both 160 x 200 cm. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a separate bike storage in the basement of the building. Next to the apartment two smaller playground can be found but also the Children’s Kingdom located in the Bishop’s Garden is a 2-minute walk away. Free car parking is provided at the front of the property. For guests arriving by train or bus a shuttle will be provided.

Our apartment offers a number of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In the kitchen a cookware set, small items, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a gas cooker and a bottom-freezer refrigerator are available for the guests. Bed sheets, linens, towels, toliet paper and detergents are provided and included in your daily rate. In case of more than a 6-night stay linens and towels are changed and we undertake the cleaning in so far as the guest requires.

The accomodation is child and baby friendly. For the little ones high chair, toys, books, children’s bed, potty, toilet reducer and children’s tableware are provided.

Guest check-in time is 2:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

We would like to call your attention that the minimum length of stay for summer and for special week-ends is 3 nights.

The Thermal Residence Apartment is situated in a quiet area just 2 minutes walk from the thermal spa and open air bath and 10 minutes walk from the historical center and castle.

In our residence the fully equipped rooms have everything for your convenience and comfort.

Eger and its surroundings offer great entertainment for families, groups of friends, romance lovers and for guests seeking to relax and heal.

Reservation/Rates

A 3-night minimum length of stay applies during high season.

When making a reservation please transfer 30% of the total value of the reservation. Please note that in 2014 in our apartment we can only accept cash, wire transfer or Erzsébet Voucher. Cancellation is free of charge if made before 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days cancellation the full amount can be refunded just in case if we can take in new lodgers.

The above prices do not include local tourism tax which is 450 HUF/person/night over the age of 18. The apartment can be booked for at least 2 people.

During high seasons and holidays as well as for long-term (over 6 nights) stays different payment /you have 6% of reduction from the prices/ and cancellation conditions may apply about which we will inform you after booking. If these conditions are not adequate for you, you may cancel your reservation free of charge.

You would not welcome our pets in your home, so please do not bring your pets to the apartment.
