"Gyenge minőségű nyílászárók, részben ebből és a forgalmas útból adódóan éjszaka zajos, a parkolás szűkös, a vízhőmérséklet beállítása a zuhanyzóban rendkívül nehéz, szélsőséges, a sütő nem volt rögzítve, emiatt nyitáskor kihúzódott stb. Ár érték arányt érdemes nézni és a fentieket figyelembe venni."
