"Az ott töltött időnk felénél jártunk, amikor nézeteltérésbe keveredtünk a házigazdákkal. Ez alkalommal modortalanul viselkedtek, olyan nézeteltérésbe keveredtünk, amelynek kiváltó okáról előzetesen sem szóban, sem írásban nem tájékoztattak, nem tudtunk róla. Modortalan viselkedésükkel nyaralásunkat tönkretették, megsértettek minket. Megjegyezni kívánom, hogy évek óta foglalunk szállást a szállás.hu portálon keresztül. Ezidáig egyszer sem volt probléma a házigazdáinkkal."
