"Mindennel megvoltunk elégedve. Barátságos, közvetlen tulajdonosok, minden szobához tartozik dedikált hűtő és étel tároló kosár. A közös konyha megfelelő méretű és megfelelően felszerelt az öneállás alapvető konyha műveleteihez. Saját parkoló, gondozott kert sütögető hellyel. Elhelyezkedése is tökéletesen. Igaz Lipót nem nagy település, így minden elérhető 10 perces gyaloglással (fürdő, bolt, éttermek, Lipóti pékség)."
