It has two separate rooms ( a double bedroom and a living room with three beds). It can be found on the ground floor of a newly-built apartman building.
It is situated 50m away from the side entrance of the bath complex. Restaurants, pubs and other places of amusement can be found along the street.
The apartman has a well-equipped kitchen (a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a ceramic cooker with oven, dishwasher, an automatic coffee maker, a tea-kettle, a toaster, dishes and cutlery ).
