Description of the accommodation:
The beautiful, 3 level, 480m2, private, air-conditioned villa with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a private garden and a fantastic panorama is located in the South Buda region. A special feature of the villa is the all year round 14m long all year heated indoor swimming pool overlooking the garden with 6 people hot-tube and infra sauna on the wellness-floor. Indoor bar with fridge and dishwasher machine is ready now in the pool, like Captain and Skipper rooms with a bathrooms nearby. In the garden can play table-tennis, and can use new children area. In the garden are 2 parking places, on the street parking is free.
On the ground floor you can find a living room, 20 seats dining room, bar, fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge and a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and a Family room , opened Panorama and BBQ terraces with grill place and terrace furniture.
The Villa has 3 larger bedrooms on the upper level with bathrooms, balcony and 2 smaller bedrooms.
During the summer season air-condition, in winter season central heating, and all year round Internet, cable TV, towels and bed-linen are available. In 8 bedrooms 16 standard guest we can accommodate, and we have eight extra beds for large families.
