Pensiunea Rock&Red Râșnov

Pension Rock and Red Rasnov is located in the old town of Rasnov only 200m away from the oldest Orthodox church in S-E of Transylvania, 2 km from Rasnov Fortress and Dino Parc, 8 km from Poiana Brasov and 12 km from Bran Castle, .
The Guesthouse can accommodate 21 people:
* 4 double rooms studio type (double rooms with own bathrooms and kitchens)
* 1 triple room studio type (1 double bed and 1 single bed with bathrooms and kitchens)
* 1 Apartment with 2 detached double room , bathroom and kitchen;
* 1 studio apartment with 2 non-detached rooms , bathroom and kitchen;
* 1 double room with bathroom.
Each double room studio and all the apartments have a kitchenette, included in the room, and fully equipped with coffee maker, electric cooker, toaster, microwave, table and chairs, cutlery, dishes, glasses, stainless pots, steel pan, kitchen utensils.
The studio double rooms are big and spacious, they have a double bed in the center with 2 nightstands, a kitchenette included in the room, fully equipped, and bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower with hydromassage. Each studio is equipped with bar-type table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, curtains and drapes, cable TV with DVD or video player, free wireless Internet, pheon, towels, bathrobes and slippers . In the studios we can also add for free a single bed.
The apartments have two rooms: a bedroom with double bed and a larger room with double bed, table and chairs for four people and american kitchen, included in this room. The apartment has one bathroom with toilet, washbasin and hydromassage shower, wardrobe, curtains and draperies , free wireless Internet, pheon, towels and cable TV with DVD or video player.
The studio apartment consists in 2 non-detached rooms : one bedroom with double bed in the middle and a lounge with double sofa bed, table and chairs for 4 people and an american kitchen, included in this room. Apartment-suite features a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, shutters, free wireless Internet, pheon, towels and 2 cable TV with DVD or video player. Between the two rooms there is a door .
The double room is smaller, with double bed in the center, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mini fridge, shutters, pheon, towels and cable TV. The room has a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, a table, two chairs and dishes for two people.

The guesthouse has:
- Saloon with leather couch, Led Tv, Darts, minifootball game, Karaoke, Wood benches and tables,
- Covered terrace in the yard, with 20 seats, equipped with benches and natural wood tables , grill and rotisserie.
- Children's play ground with toys
- Books, maps, iron, chess, rummy, darts, minifootball game

All rooms are modern furnished, bright, with gas central heating, curtains and drapes, rugs, floorboard, ceramic tiles in bathrooms and kitchen. Every room has cable TV with 36 channels, wireless internet.
There are two entrances, one has an access ramp for disabled persons to the reception , with access in three studios and te doubleroom, located on the ground floor, also with access to the terrace and dining room.
The pension is situated on a street corner, on the same sidewalk with the Romanian Church, the oldest Orthodox church in Transylvania . From the guesthouse you can reach in 10 minutes between valleys and cool forests, full of greenery and fresh air, which makes you wanna go camping.
We offer a wide range of leisure possibilities to our partners: carriage rides or sleigh, riding, riding courses, hiking with or without guidance, tennis (with possibility of renting balls and rackets on professional fields), gym climbing and mountain climbing, bungee-jumping, parks with swings for children in the middle of the wood, tennis courts.
The owner lives with her familly in a building, near the pension and she can offer you any information about tourism in the area or any other information you need.

How can you get to us:
On DN1 motorway-Bucuresti-Brasov, exit before Prdeal on the left to Paraul Rece-Rasnov, in the town follow on the right, first sign to Rasnov Center (Centru) and then go on the second to the right.
On DN 73-Brasov-Pitesti, follow the first sign to Rasnov Fortress ( the third to the left) and then you find Rock&Red sign to get to us. Follow Google maps or Waze and find Rock&Red in Rasnov-Brasov.
You can take a train to Central Brasov Train station. There you have to take a train to Zarnesti and stop at the third station in Rasnov Station. Then take a taxi for 5 km to get to us. Or from Central Brasov Train station go by bus to Bartolomeu autostation and take from there a bus to Rasnov. Stop before last stop of the bus in Caragiale district.

There are three restaurant in town which can bring you, catering, any food you want (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Or you can buy any vegetables or bread or cheese from the grocery stores in our neighbourhood.
