"Curățenia lasa de dorit,pânze de păianjen între șifonier și perete,se vedea ca nu a mai fost făcută curățenie de mult timp,un gândac mort în fata ușii de la balcon, căldura este asigurată prin sistemul de aer condiționat,nu era pornita când am intrat noi în camera. Doamna de la recepție cu o atitudine de nedescris,vizibil deranjata ca am trezit-o la ora 12 noaptea,deși noi am anunțat dinainte ca vom ajunge noaptea,în jurul orei 1. Ni s-a spus pe un ton foarte nepotrivit și deloc profesional ca daca pana la ora 9 nu ne trezim,rămânem fără mic dejun,ca ea pleacă acasă,e clar? Nu recomand!!!"
