V den příjezdu Vás očekáváme mezi 15. a 19. hod. Jelikož nemáme v pensionu recepci, zavolejte nám prosím po příjezdu k pensionu. Vzhledem k poloze pensionu ve vnitřní zóně lázní Vás prosíme, abyste po dobu pobytu zanechali své čtyřnohé mazlíčky a ostatní zvířátka doma. Během pobytu je možno uschovat Vaše jízdní kola v prostorách pensionu. Děti od 3 let nemají nárok na lůžko zdarma. Ceny zahrnují lázeňský poplatek (15Kč) i ubytovací poplatek (6Kč) Městskému úřadu Poděbrady. Je nutno uhradit 30% celkové ceny ubytování do 3 dnů po vytvoření rezervace. Doplatek se hradí při příjezdu, nebo ho můžete zaplatit spolu se zálohou. Omlouváme se, ale platební karty v pensionu nepřijímáme. Storno podmínky: Uhrazená záloha snížená o manipulační poplatek 150 Kč (250Kč za zahraniční platby) je vratná do osmi dnů před dnem příjezdu. Při stornování v době kratší než osm dní před dnem příjezdu se záloha nevrací. Uvolnění pokoje je nutné nejpozději do 10 hod. v den odjezdu. Translation
