We strove for simplicity with the equipment, keeping comfort in mind. Heating is provided by a heat pump via radiators, and electric floor heating in all rooms. Due to the proximity of the forest, there are many insects from spring to late autumn, so we placed mosquito nets on all windows. The tap water is of good quality and drinkable. The house has no television or radio. The room facing the street has a double bed, an extra single bed can be placed on request. There are two separate beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the two rooms at the back. Thus, it can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Both apartments have a separate bathroom with built-in shower and toilet. High chair and baby bathtub available on request. Outside, under the walnut tree, a garden seating area awaits guests who like the sounds of nature.
