Visit us in Felsőtárkány, also known as the gate of the Bükk Mountains, where our guesthouse is located in peaceful, tranquil woodland, just in the neighborhood of Lake Felsőtárkány. Eger - the county seat - is also within reach (not quite 8 km from Felsőtárkány), which offers many attractions and lots of wonderful sights to visit.

Our guesthouse is available with 5 rooms – each with a separate bathroom – and a big, common, well-equipped kitchen and diner.

Owing to its position and facilities Nyitott Kapu Guesthouse is the right place for both peaceful relaxation and exciting forest tours.

The village provides a well-designed touristic infrastructure (bicycle road, forest railway, restaurant etc.), while the surrounding mountains offer high peaks with unique view, hidden hiking routes and romantic valleys.

"Már délben érkeztünk, nem volt gond. Nagyon kényelmes ágyak vannak a szobában, még én is tudtam jól aludni (gerinvsérvből felgyógyulóban vagyok)! Padlófűtés és radiátor is van. Abszolút tisztaság van mindenhol. Csendes, kényelmes. A konyha profin fel van szerelve. A kapu tényleg mindig nyitva van :) Az autóval is könnyű be- és kiállni. Az utcán is van parkolóhely. KÖzelben egy kis tó, patak. Vöröskő-forrás túralehetőség, Eger 5 km. Jó pizzériázó-étterem van a településen. Visszajövünk :)"
