Thie apartments are located just a 5-minute walk from the city centre and the nearest metro station, making it a great base for exploring the city. This apartment house comprises a total of 20 spacious, fully equipped accommodation units which are quiet and secure. The apartments are located in two separate buildings. (120 m distance between the 2 buildings) The apartments feature self-catering kitchens and allow guests the ultimate independence during their stay. A safe and lift access are among the facilities on offer. There is a restaurant nearby. The spacious rooms all come with a private bathroom with a shower and are all fully equipped as standard. A deposit of EUR 20 is required upon arrival for the keys. This will be refunded, once the keys are returned. For group bookings (3 apartments or 10 pax or more) security deposit is required.NO STAGS GROUP ACCEPTED
