"Nagyon szép, stílusosan berendezett apartman. Egyedi a hangulata, jól felszerelt, minden apró részletre ügyeltek a kényelmes itt tartózkodáshoz. Nagyon pozitív volt a gesztus, hogy bor és szóda is volt bekészítve nekünk a hűtőben welcome ajándékként. Amit szintén kiemelnék, az a tökéletes tisztaság. Szívesen visszatérnék még ide."

"A szállàsadóval egyszerű volt a kommunikáció,mindenben segített. Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, szinte minden elérhető közelségben található. Tágas és tiszta volt a ház,kényelmes àgyak és modern bùtorokkal volt dlberendezve. A konyha jól felszerelt és gèpesített. Az udvar nagyon szépen rendben volt tartva."

"Két főre foglaltuk a szállást, de átvételkor elkísért minket két barátunk. Rögtön telefonhívást kaptunk, hogy nem így állapodtunk meg. Közöltük is a tulajdonossal, hogy a két ismerős nem itt alszik, csak nekik is Csopakon van a szállásuk és csak megvárnak amíg lepakoljuk a csomagunkat. A telefonhívás nem volt elég, üzeneteket is küldött, melyek kellemetlenné tették az itt tartózkodást. Vélemény szerint, aki ennyire rugalmatlan ne adja ki a házát. Ui: 10:18-kor kopogtatott a szomszéd, hogy mikor megyünk el, illetve további üzenetet kaptunk. Manapság szinte minden szálláson 11 óráig maradhatunk."

Nem érzem a rugalmatlansagot. Szerintem teljesen jól kommunikáltam végig attól hogy hogyan és hány szobát és hogyan agyazunk addig hogy bármiben segíthetünk hogy kényelmesebbé tegyem a tartózkodást. Egy nappal előtte jeleztem hogy lényegesen korábban tudjak a szállást elfoglalni mert nincs előttük senki, es reggel 9 órakor mar jeleztem hogy készen állunk a fogadasukra. 4 fiatalt es kutyát láttam a kameránkon bemenni, ebből 2 vártunk. Ha csak kapok es sms-t hogy lesznek vendégek semmi gond nem lett volna. én felhívtam őket es küldtem egy megerősítő üzenetet. Senki nem zaklatott senkit. Szívből sajnalom hogy így alakult sajnos nincs tapasztalatom még ők voltak az első vendégeink. Nekem tényleg fontos a vendég kényelme es a szivemet is kiteszem hogy mindeki a lehető legjobban érezze magát. Én úgy érzem hogy ebből az incidensbol is tanultam es előre fogom kommunikálni hogy a nálunk tartózkodó vendéget csak úgy fogadhat ha előre tisztázza ezt velünk. A kijelentkezés az reggel 10ig van. A kedves szomszédunk aki takarít nálunk ő ment oda hogy végezze a munkáját, mivel nem volt kérés a vendégtol hogy később szeretne elhagyni a szállást.
