"Maga a panzió gyönyörű, tiszta"
"A reggeli nagyon későn volt, 9 óra után, ráadásul nem jutott mindenkinek az ételekből, utántöltötték a kávéskancsót, de csak három embernek elegendő adagban, holott ott voltunk 15-en. Csalódás volt."

Sajnos nem tudom elfogadni a leírt értékelést, és azt is sajnálom hogy ezzel megtéveszt másokat, akik olvassák az értékelését! Noha a nagy kávéfőzőnk pont az ünnepre meghibásodott, ezért egy kisebb 4 személyes kávéfőzőre kényszerűltünk, de folyamatosan főztük le vele a kávét! Azonnal alkatrészt, vagy egy új nagy kévéfőzőt nem tudtunk beszerezni az ünnep miatt, mivel minden műszaki bolt zárva volt! A reggelit frissen készítjük el mikor a vendég kéri! Önök 9 órát mondtak, hogy jó lesz, mint a legtöbb vendég, más vendégeknek volt hogy 8 órára csináltuk mert 8ra kérte, de ha 6 órára kéri akkor 6ra készítjük! A többi vendég jelezte, ha valamit szeretett volna, és azt mi azzonnal teljesítettük, pótoltuk pl. volt hogy délután érkező vendég kávét szeretett volna, kollega azzonal főzte, amiért semmi plusz költséget nem számoltunk fel! Önök itt tartózkodásuk alatt nem jeleztek semmit egy szóval sem, míg a többi vendég igen, ha valamit szeretett volna, és mi azt azonnal teljesítettük a vendégeink örömére! Jó tanácsként kérem legközelebb jelezze, ha valamit szeretne, nem kerül semmibe, csak egy mondatába, és pár másotpercébe, mert mint ahogy a régi nagyon igaz közmondás tartja "NÉMA GYEREKNEK ANNYA SEM ÉRTI A SZAVÁT! Köszönöm és Üdvözlet!
