Mountain Cottage Kismaros

Mountain Cottage Kismaros is located in the Danube Bend (46 minutes from Budapest city center (Nyugati railway station) by direct train - running every hour day and night). The border of Budapest can be reached by car, on the expressway, also in cc 50 minutes.

The guest house near the Danube, next to the forest, is a small cottage with a wonderful Danube and mountain panorama, a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor terrace covered with grass, and a communal - unheated - swimming pool and a hot tub open from the last weekend of March to the last weekend of October (36-38 degrees), outdoor - it is located in a grassy area, so it can be accessed with slippers - it has a jacuzzi.

The price of the guest house includes the following (free) services:
- completely separate guest house (cc 500 m2 in a separate area)
- closed parking
- separated sunbathing and relaxation garden, with deckchairs
- covered terrace
- Wi-Fi (in the guesthouse, garden and public areas)
- cooling-heating air conditioning
- equipped outdoor and indoor kitchen
- pod coffee maker, coffee pods
- equipped bathroom with rain shower
- towel, bed linen, extra blankets and wellness towel
- free final cleaning
- unlimited use of the outdoor private pool with cold water (between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.), between the last weekend of March and the last weekend of October, only for the exclusive use of a maximum of 2 people staying in the Guest House
- daily cc 60 minutes private outdoor jacuzzi (36-38 C) use (between 8:00-22:00), between the last weekend of March and the last weekend of October, only for the exclusive use of a maximum of 2 people staying in the Guest House
- upon request, as agreed in advance, we provide a free transfer from the train station to guests arriving/departing by train

As indicated in advance (HUF 3.000/person), a hearty rural "peasant" breakfast and/or a cold dinner prepared upon arrival can be requested.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the garden, the pool and the jacuzzi - as can be seen on the attached "map" - are part of the common area, which is basically - for the guests of the 2-person guest house - private use, but this part - the guests without disturbing you - the hosts can also use it. Nevertheless, a couple of small older dogs (Hugó and Tanga) can sometimes be curious in this area :) Of course, they will be closed on request. (They cannot access the surroundings of the guest house) The guest house does not accept pets - in connection with this and to protect those sensitive to pet hair.

Since the guest house cannot always be booked, the security of the area is ensured by a camera system, which is currently in operation (guest house exterior gate, sidewalk, part behind the house and car park, as well as the public space), if you have any questions or requests in this regard, please let us know.

The area is completely surrounded by closed gates, but we did not put up internal fences - due to the atmosphere of the place :) so at night everyone can enjoy the cozy, large garden, decorated with lanterns and lights :)

We would like to respectfully draw your attention to the fact that due to the design of the guest house and its surroundings, we are unable to accept children under the age of 16, for which we thank you for your understanding!

The guest house is located 200 meters (above sea level), so going up and down on foot can be a bit of a challenge :), however, you will be compensated by the view you can enjoy on the way and from the guest house. By car, the last 150 meters to the house must be covered on a steep, 2-track concrete road.
