The apartment house was built some years ago in the center of Szántód, in a peaceful environment with ancient trees, which is, however, a much-frequented place about 400 meters away from Lake Balaton and the beach.
The Mediterranean-style apartment house includes five apartments of different sizes surrounding a planted courtyard with a pool.

"Nincs pozitív tapasztalatom."

"Koszos, penészes, igénytelen. A zuhany nyító gombja az ember kezében marad. A konyhai felszerelés teljesen piszkos.hiános. Nekem kellet venni tányért. Pihenésre alkalmatlan."

"Horror és terror. A szállásadó egy szélhámos, agresszív ember. Ferdít a leírásban, nem fogad semmilyen kritikát és kifejezetten barátságtalan, agresszív, ideges. 15+ évnyi különféle balatoni szálláshelyek bérlése után állítom, hogy a legellenszenvesebb szállásadó, akivel valaha találkoztam. Az apartman állapota lehangoló, szakadt, folyik a víz, nem csukódik az ajtó és elképesztően piszkos."
