The building opened its doors in January this year after undergoing a complete refurbishment. The basic idea of ​​the Mátra ForRest accommodation has been formulated in us for more than 15 years. We wanted to create a quality accommodation that would satisfy all comfort and functional needs, where we would also like to stay. That’s why ForRest is a family vacation home where 3 or more families can spend their vacation comfortably. The building has 3 apartments: - ground floor Szent Imre - middle floor Szent István - upper floor Szent László The Szent István apartment on the middle floor has been designed to function as a central room for families staying with us. Here you will find a huge central square with a large kitchen, a dining table for 12 people, a huge sofa bed and a 48 "flat-screen TV. The garden has a covered seating area, an oven and an outdoor bacon grill. The garden has parking for 4 cars. All three apartments It has a separate entrance with a TV and a separate bathroom.The sauna can be accessed from all three apartments via a common staircase.The use of the sauna is available at an additional cost.

Mátraszentistván is located in the heart of the Mátra, in the Upper Mátra, 110 km from Budapest, surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. Here is the largest and most snow-sure ski resort in Hungary, known to many. The route of the also famous Blue Tour (section 20) also passes in front of the house. The area is rich in tourist attractions. Ágasvár and Galyatető are 4 - 4 km away. The area is ideal for smaller tours, with excellent local knowledge.
