A Balatontól 300 méterre helyezkedik el az apartman, mely elsősorban családosok részére ajánlott. Bulizásra, hangoskodással járó rendezvények nem tarthatók.

A felújított szobák a külön bejáratú földszinten helyezkednek el, melyek közül 2 db 5x5 m-es, melyekben légkondicionáló berendezés is található és egy 4x4 m-es, továbbá egy 3x3 m-es, melyekben mennyezeti ventillátor van. Az apartmanhoz tartozik egy tágas nappali, társalgó és egy jól felszerelt konyha, étkező. A fürdőszobák szintén felújítottak, melyben mosógép és WC is van. Külön helyiségben található egy WC mosdóval.

Szervesen kapcsolódik az épülethez egy fedett terasz, ahol a piheni vágyók grillezhetnek és bográcsozhatnak.
