Our apartment is only a few hundred meters away from the free beach and the "longest pier of Balaton", hidden in a picturesque environment, in a quiet family-house-summer-house setting.

We have revamped the LuxVil Apartment House with a Swiss mentality to provide all of this for you:

• A fully equipped kitchen that can serve complete self-catering is waiting for you

• Thanks to the completely private 7 meter x 3.5 meter x 1.3 meter, covered, water temperature controlled pool, you can indulge in carefree beach pleasures even in cooler weather
• You can arrive with up to three cars, independent parking is provided on the paved part of the courtyard (with a sun-shade sail equipped parking)
• You can use the Apartment's own home electric car charger as per your needs
• If you are not familiar with the area, the owner is readily available over the phone, through WhatsApp.

Our Apartment has a total floor area of 110 m2, so even with a large family, or a large team, relaxation will be comfortable!

Water quality is very important to us, therefore the operation of the swimming pool is carried out by an external company in compliance with the strictest Nébih (equivalent to the Hungarian Consumer Protection and Food Safety Authority) regulations. The official bacteriological examinations are conducted monthly, the pool cleaning and personal inspection as well as cleaning are conducted many times per week, and the chlorine and PH values are continuously monitored. The house as private accommodation has passed safety, fire protection, and electrical inspections and has a proper operating protocol in accordance with legal regulations.

* Pool: A pool suitable for swimming is located in the garden. Thanks to the mobile pool cover and the heating-cooling system, even in the early or late holiday season or in cooler weather, it provides the opportunity for carefree relaxation.
* Hiking: The nearby large beaches and spas (Hévíz, Igal, Csisztapuszta, Zalakaros) can also be reached with bicycles.
