About us

Hungary, in the heart of Europe, in the Southwest:
It is located in South Transdanubia in the area bordered by Lake Balaton to the north, Dráva to the south, and Danube to the east. A diverse, hilly region divided by river valleys.

The area became known not only for its historical events (Pécsvárad, Siklós), but also for its outstanding quality wines, spas and hospitality.

We practice this hospitality here at Lenzl's Panzio. The guesthouse is a typical old Bavarian style building. Our kitchen offers both Bavarian and Hungarian specialties.

Among other things, he made homemade jam, sausage, wines and brandy. On request, we provide half-board and organize barbecue dinners. Our rooms are suitable for celebrating various events: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc. also with his own band.

Our single or double rooms are equipped with a shower, Wi-Fi, shower, toilet, and TV.

The hosts, Lenzl and Margit, personally take care of the guests' well-being. Excursions with different purposes are organized upon request.

We undertake the organization of parties:

It is possible to rent a tent for approx. For 400 people: we undertake special, unique weddings, birthdays and other celebrations.
The finest drinks and hot and cold cuisine are at their disposal. As a venue, we can recommend our own, new, unique beer garden in Szigetvár in a calm environment.
We offer Bavarian and Hungarian specialties, such as roast pork or grill, stew or fish soup, etc.
We provide pleasant music for all of this.

Login-Logout

The accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in, payment, key collection at the reception between 14:00 and 21:00. Please respect this time. When leaving, please leave the rooms unlocked and hand over the key at the front desk.

Payment

The accommodation fee can be paid by bank card, cash, debit card or even by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the tourist tax must be paid on the spot, upon check-in, by bank card or cash. The tourist tax is HUF 400/person/night, which we charge to all our guests over the age of 18.

Meal

Breakfast can be requested at the same time as the reservation. Price HUF 2500 / main.
The continental breakfast is served between 8 and 10 a.m. in the dining room on the ground floor.
In the kitchen of our apartments, it is possible to prepare breakfast and heat coffee and tea.
Each room has a refrigerator.

Tuxedo

The pension building is completely smoke-free.
Smoking is possible on the open terrace on the first floor and on the balcony belonging to some rooms.

Complaint handling

Guest complaints are handled in an organized manner at the reception, based on the regulations that can be viewed there. Territorially competent consumer protection authority: Baranya County Government Office Consumer Protection Inspectorate

Reception, safekeeping and telephone use

The reception staff is available between 8:00 and 10:00 and 14:00 and 21:00.
It is possible to use the telephone at the reception.
Valuables can be stored at the reception. The process is as follows: The guest places the valuables in the envelope and seals the envelope. The receptionist issues a serially numbered acknowledgment of receipt, which is signed by the recipient (the receptionist) and the transferor. The serial number of the acknowledgment is indicated on the envelope. The guest hands over the envelope and receives the receipt. The receptionist places the envelope in the safe and closes it. The envelope will be returned against the presentation of the receipt, confirmed by a signature.

Internet, TV, Radio

Unlimited internet use. WIFI code can be found at the reception and in every room. 40 TV channels, 3 radio channels.

Parking

One car per room can park for free in the yard.

Games and sports

In the yard there is a playground, a barbecue, and a bacon oven.
Free use of bicycles.

Other

We ask our guests to avoid making noise in the guesthouse and in the yard between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in order to ensure the peace of the guests and neighbors!
Accommodation is free for children up to the age of 3. A cot, extra bed, baby bathtub, high chair are available for families with small children.
