On the ground floor is the stylishly furnished living area with dining area and kitchen and a bathroom. From the living area you enter the furnished terrace and the outdoor area which has its own swimming pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The outdoor area of the house includes a large partially covered terrace. The highlight is the large swimming pool with sun loungers and the jacuzzi. The guests of this great house can also use the gas grill in the garden.

This house also has underfloor heating for colder days.

The covered private parking space is in the frame of the property.
