"Az első pillantástól az eljövetelig, pozitív! Ha a Csehek ellen győz a Magyar válogatott még jobb lehetett volna! :-) Komolyra fordítva : a kerékpárvutunkon(Balaton kör) a legjobb szállás volt! Kedves házigazda, tisztaság nyugalom, rugalmasság. Minden jó volt! Tetszett!"

"A tisztaságra és a szálláshely fekvésére nincs panaszunk."
"1.) Megérkeztünk a szálláshelyre, ahol nem volt a helyszínen a kulcs, nem fogadott Bennünket senki. Ott álltunk, szaladgáltunk fel-alá, hogy hogyan is tudjuk elfoglalni a szálláshelyünket. (Ráadásul vihar után elázva egy kisbabával!) A szállásadó elvileg küldött sms-t, amit nem kaptam meg... Szerintem minimum lett volna, hogy megpróbál telefonon is elérni Bennünket vagy e-mail-ben, mivel az üzenetére választ nem kapott Tőlem. Ez volt az első rossz pont. 2.) Nem lehetett kártyával fizetni. Ezt is minimum előre kellett volna jelezni, hiszen manapság nem tart magánál az ember készpénzt. Nyaralás első napján ezzel telik az idő, hogy ATM-et keresgéljen az ember...Szóval már több szempontból is később tudtuk csak elfoglalni a szálláshelyünket a nem megfelelő kommunikáció és szervezés miatt. 3.) Utazóágy volt ugyan bekészítve a kisfiamnak, de szivacs hozzá nem. Mi sem alszunk az ágyrácson, az utazóágy így pont ilyen érzetű volt számára...Saját törölközőinkkel, takarónkkal próbáltuk meg valahogy kényelmesebbé tenni számára, hogy aludni tudjon benne. Babakádat már nem is kaptunk, pedig kértük. 4.) Nem volt wifi, amit jeleztünk is azonnal. Ezt sem sikerült megoldani az ott tartózkodásunk alatt. Mivel viharos rossz idő volt, így szombaton többet tartózkodtunk a szálláson, így szerettük volna használni, de egyik nap sem volt elérhető számunkra ez a szolgáltatás. Egy elnézést sem kaptunk emiatt sem. 5.) Hazamenetelkor ismét totális kommunikáció hiány, hogy a kulcsot hova kinek is kellene átadjuk. A szállásadó aznap sem keresett Bennünket semmilyen módon. Vendégként nem gondolom, hogy nekünk lett volna a dolgunk, a szállásadót hajkurásszuk sem érkezéskor, sem hazamenetelkor, így ezt az eljárásmódot is maximálisan kifogásolom. Panaszaimat írásban jeleztem a szállásadó felé, aki egyetértett mindennel, a minket ért negaívumok fényében kompezációt kértem a kifiztett összegből. A jövő évi nyaralásukra kedvezményt ajánlott, amit érthető módon nem áll módunkban felhasználni, mivel semmi esetre sem megyünk ide vissza. Az idei évi kompenzáció kapcsán egyszerűen "felszívódott" a szállásadó, ami maximálisan inkorrekt magatartás ismét csak, hiszen a panaszainkkal egyet értett és a kifizetett szolgáltatásoknak nem tett maximálisan eleget."
