"Pozitív? Nos az nem volt, mert előre egyeztetett, kifizetett szállásdíj ellenére sem tudtam bejutni!! Éjjel, egyeztetett időpontban..."
"IDE SENKI SE FOGLALJON!!!! A szállást hónapokkal az érkezés előtt teljes egészében előre kifizettem. Az rendben van, hogy este 8-ig tud fogadni, de mikor már aznap délelőtt láttam, nem fogok tudni megérkezni, csak 21:45 után, azonnal hívtam. 2x beszéltünk, mindent megígért, elmondott... a kulcsot hova fogja rakni, nem is kell találkozzunk, hiszen a szállás már hónapokkal előtte ki volt fizetve. Nos úgy adta az élet, hogy szépen, nyugodtan, 350 km-ről(!!) megérkeztem, abban a hiszemben, hogy 2x telefonon megbeszéltük, hol is lesz a kulcs... Éjjel 22 óra után közel egy óra hosszan kerestem a kulcsot, fáradtan, hidegben... NEM RAKTA KI!!! NEM IS VOLT SZÁNDÉKÁBAN!!! Pedig egyeztettünk, ki volt fizetve... Nos ide SENKI se foglaljon, erre képes ez a "drága ember", egy SENKI! Éjjel ezen a környéken már semmi szállás nincs, nem fogad. Mi történt? A telefont nem vette fel, hiába hívtam! És az autóban aludtam +3,5 fokban Siklóson.... sem inni, sem tisztálkodni nem tudtam, gyógyszert bevenni, enni nem volt lehetőségem... Reggel 6-kor nyitott a Tesco Siklóson... nos ott tudtam melegben lenni! Ezt egy szállásadó sem csinálhatja meg a vendégével, amikor minden fizetve, egyeztetve volt. Abba már csak bele sem merek gondolni, mi lett volna, ha a feleségemmel és gyerekkel megyek? Kártérítési igénnyel fogok fellépni a szallas.hu portállal szemben!!!! És másnap reggel szó nélkül visszautalta a foglalás árát.... SZÓ nélkül, egy "elnézést kérek" sem volt. Bármit is mond, nem szabad elhinni, bárkit kidob éjjel, nappal. HAZUDIK, és teljesen alkalmatlan szállásadónak. Nem kell félrebeszélni, teljes képanyag áll a rendelkezésre, hogy NEM biztosította az előre kifizetett, egyeztetett időpontban a szállást. Gratulálok a kedves szüleinek, hogy nem tették ki anno éjjel a hidegbe... Gratulálok a szallas.hu portálnak, hogy ilyen "remek" partnereket sikerül szerezni."
