"Nem kérdezték hogy be mehetnek e a szobaba törölközőt csereni ! Es kozos volt a wc minden ott lakoval !!"

Üdvözlöm!

1. A kiadott szobákat mindig minden esetben ellenőrizzük! Úgy gondolom, ehhez minden jogunk meg is van. Nem is értem, hogy várhatják el az ellenkezőjét! !! A vendég maga szokta jelezni, ha nem kér szervizt, de egy szobavizitre akkor is bemegyünk, megnézni, hogy minden rendben van e, nem hagytak e bekapcsolva elektronikai dolgokat, klímát (pláne nyitott ablak mellett), nincs e tűzveszély, dohányzás, rongálás, stb. Higgye el, ha nem így tennénk, már nem ilyen tiszta, igényes szobát vehettek volna át. Amennyiben a szoba állapota kritikán aluli, úgy a foglalást felmondjuk a vendéggel! De ehhez be kell mennünk, hogy tudjuk!
2. A szoba nevében is benne van, hogy franciaágyas szoba KÖZÖS FÜRDŐSZOBÁVAL!!!! Nem árultunk zsákba macskát, így nem értem, ezt miért kritizálta. Ennek ellenére érkezéskor jeleztem, (többet nem fogom), hogy mivel MINDEN SZOBÁBAN VAN WC, ezt az egyet leszámítva, így ez csak ehhez a szobához tartozik. Az, hogy mivel a folyosón van így más is bemehet esetleg használni, arról Mi már nem tehetünk. A szobakulcson ott volt a WC kulcs, kék bilétára ráírva, hogy Wc, be is zárhatták volna, ezzel elkerülvén a kellemetlenséget.
A problémát akkor kellett volna jelezni, mikor itt voltak és ebben pl. tudtunk volna segíteni. De utólag már nem sok értelme van.... De az, hogy "MINDEN OTT LAKÓVAL" közös, (akkor kb. 20-an voltak) ezt azért nagyon túlzónak találom.
Azt viszont nem látom leírva a pozitívumok között, hogy fél 11-kor bepakolhattak. Pedig ezt nem szoktuk megengedni.
