"Sajnos nagyon elégedetlen vagyok, mivel a foglalás után 2 órával később vissza mondták a foglalásunkat, ezért nem tudtunk mit csinálni az ügyfélszogálattal fell vettük a kapcsolatot, mert már nem volt Bodajkon másik szállás, és a szállás. hu kolléga segített, hogy ilyet nem tehetnek a vendéggel. A foglalás visszamondása az Önökkel való telefonos egyeztetés után történt, amit sajnos az ügyfélszolgálat irányába Önök letagadtak. Amit Ön itt leírt, az nem fedi a valóságot. Önök Vendégházat béreltek ,ami 4főre van kialakítva, nem személyenként fizetnek a szállásért, ami akkor 30.000Ft/éjszaka díjazással volt. Helyi IFA összegét három felnőtt után fizették meg, legyen kedves megnézni a kiállított számlán. A kulcs átadása után csak akkor mentem oda Önökhöz, amikor a kisgyerek sírt, és akkor is csak azért, mert vittem neki csokoládét. Amikor Önök kérték, hogy a szállást ne kelljen elhagyni a foglalási feltételben meghatározott időig, természetesen minden pótlék nélkül megengedtük. Sajnálom, hogy a pihenés nem valósult meg, de a bodajki búcsú egy nagy esemény, hajnalig hangzavar van, illetve árulni jöttek a búcsúba, így pihenés helyett dolgoztak, ez azonban rajtunk kívül álló ok.
