"Sajnos a konyha felszereltsége nagyon szegényes volt. Szerintem bármilyen szálláson ( még ha azon "egyszerű kéktúrázók" szállnak is meg) az alapvető felszereléshez hozzá tartozna egy vízforraló és egy kényérpirító. Valamint négynél több tányér és pohár, ha egy nagyobb család vetődne arra, néhány éjszakára."
