"Az előző vendégek után a főzőedények nem voltak kitisztítva, a hűtő mélyhűtője nem volt kitakarítva, maradványok voltak benne, két hetet töltöttünk a szálláshelyen, de a törölközők, ágyneműk nem lettek cserélve pedig a szálláshely használati leírásában ez is szerepel"
