Jávorkút (Maple Well) Restaurant and Pension

Jávorkút is an excursion destination lying on the territory of the Bükk National Park, 10-12 km away from Lillafüred, in the most beautiful part of the Bükk Plateau, 685 meters above sea level, where our pension, our Pine Forest House and our restaurant situated in the former hunting lodge of Count István Bethlen are open to visitors all year round.
The place is named after the old Hungarian name of maple (jávor) and the spring (kút), which has a high discharge throughout the year and fully supplies our establishments with drinking water.
We expect our guests with ten double rooms in our pension, two family apartments, two double rooms and two rooms sleeping 10 and 12 persons in the Pine Forest House.
In addition to delicious Hungarian dishes and homely flavors, our restaurant also offers vegetarian and dietetic food, local game and fish specialties.
Our accommodation situated in a quiet mountain environment with crystal-clear air is an excellent starting point for walking, cycling and mushroom hunting tours, orienteering, caving and exploring the Bükk Mountains.
